What is Paace?

Paace is the new Feel Good marketplace app that exists to get you moving more and spending less on the brands you love. The app rewards you with points for every run, every cycle, every paace, which can then be spent on a range of amazing brands in the in-app shop.

How will Paace make me feel good?

The Paace app exists you to make you feel good! It does this in three ways. Firstly, it gets you moving more and we all know that the more you move, the better you feel. It also helps you save money on purchases from amazing brands, which always puts a smile on your face. Finally, it allows you to discover and access a range of brands that have been handpicked to help you live a healthy, feel good lifestyle. Win-win-win.

What type of brands are stocked on Paace? 

Paace is creating a marketplace that showcases feel good brands who ‘are good and do good’. We only select brands who sell high quality products that are good for you and good for the planet.

Do I have to pay to use Paace?

No! There are no joining fees or monthly subscriptions to use Paace. In fact, we pay you to be on Paace by rewarding your exercise with Paace Points. 

How do I earn Paace Points?

You earn Paace Points by exercising. If you connect Paace with your Strava and Apple Health or Google Fit accounts you will earn points for every run, every cycle and every paace.

I didn’t connect to Strava during sign-up. How do I connect now?

You can do this via the ‘health integrations’ section in the account page. 

Can I connect Paace to my wearable e.g. Garmin, FitBit?

Watch this space. We’re working on allowing Paace to connect with all leading wearables.

Can I earn points for referring friends to Paace?

Yes! Every time you refer a friend, you’ll both earn 50 Paace Points.

My last activity hasn’t come through from Strava. What should I do?

Runs and cycles on Strava can take up to ten minutes to come through. 

Can I cash out my Paace Points?

Paace Points can only be spent in the Paace in-app marketplace. 

How do I spend my Paace Points?

You can spend your Paace Points in the Paace in-app marketplace. They will be automatically applied at checkout.

How do goals work?

Paace allows you to set daily walking goals and weekly or monthly running goals. The bigger your goals are, the more points you could earn, so it pays to be ambitious.  

How many goals can I have?

You can have up to three goals - one each for walking, running and cycling. 

How do streaks work?

If you keep hitting your goal, you will start building a streak. The more times you hit it, the bigger your streak will become. When you fail to hit your goal, the streak will go back to zero.

Does Paace sell my health data?

No! We use your data to see how active you have been and how many points you have earned. We don’t sell it on or share it with any third parties.


How much do you charge for shipping?

The shipping rates on Paace vary for each brand and match what is charged on the brand’s own websites. 

You will also be charged a separate delivery cost per brand. This is because our brands ship to you directly, so items from different brands are being sent from different places and therefore require their own delivery cost.

I have a query about my order, who should I contact?

If you have a query about your order you should contact the brand you purchased from. Their contact details will be in the confirmation email you received after you made your purchase.

I ordered two items from you - why am I receiving two separate parcels?

Each brand ships to you directly, so if you order from two brands you will receive two separate parcels.

I’ve ordered from multiple brands, why do I have to pay multiple shipping charges?

Our brands ship to you directly, so items from different brands are being sent from very different places and therefore require their own delivery cost. 

Will my delivery fee be refunded if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the delivery fee if you return the product.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

If you would like to return the product, you should use the return form that came with your order. If you have any questions or cannot locate the form, please check on the brand’s website or contact them directly. 

What should I do if I don’t have enough Paace Points to purchase something?

You need to get moving to earn enough points to make your purchase.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If it has been more than five working days since you placed your order, please contact the brand you ordered from directly. 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards providers as well as PayPal, and Paace Points of course!
