Paace Terms & Conditions

Effective September 2026

Welcome to Paace! These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Paace platform, operated by Paace Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14085970 ("Paace", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account and using our platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use our services.

1. Using the Paace Platform

1.1 Purpose: Paace is a platform that allows you to turn your physical activity into rewards, challenges and other benefits. Depending on your location and the services available to you, you may be able to earn rewards by completing physical activity, participate in challenges and access paid features through Paace+.

1.2 Eligibility: By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian if younger.

1.3 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

1.4 Provision of Services: The Paace Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Paace Services from time to time. Where this is the case, we will let you know as soon as reasonably practicable.

1.5 Transfer of Rights and Obligations: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another organisation at any time, for example if we decide to sell the company.

2. Earning and Redeeming Rewards

2.1 Activity Tracking: Paace tracks your physical activity through integrations with services including, but not limited to, Apple Health and Google Fit. By connecting these services, you consent to the processing of your activity data.

2.2 Rewards: Steps, runs and cycles may be converted into points ("Rewards") that can be redeemed for discounts, offers or other benefits as displayed on the platform. Rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.3 Redeeming Offers: Redeeming Rewards requires following the terms of the offer provided by our partners. Paace is not responsible for the availability or quality of goods or services offered by our partners.

2.4 Points Value: The current value of your accumulated Paace Points will be as detailed within the Paace app. We reserve the right to change the value of any Paace Points at any time.

2.5 Contract for Sale: When you purchase a Product, the contract for the sale and purchase of such Product (the "Contract") is between you and the relevant Seller, not us. We are not a party to such Contracts and therefore accept no responsibility or liability for any issue arising in relation to such Contracts.

3. Paace+

3.1 Paace+: Paace+ is a paid subscription service that provides subscribers with additional features and benefits, which may include enhanced rewards, additional entries or participation benefits, increased points earning or storage, and other features as described in the Paace app at the time of subscription.

3.2 Subscription Plans: The price, billing period and benefits of Paace+ will be displayed to you before you subscribe. Paace+ may be offered on a monthly, annual or other subscription basis.

3.3 Recurring Subscription: Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Paace+ subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. You will be charged for the next subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3.4 Subscription Management and Payment: Paace+ subscriptions purchased through the Paace app are managed and billed by the relevant app store through which you subscribed, including the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment method, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund arrangements are subject to the applicable app store's terms and policies.

3.5 Cancellation: You can cancel your Paace+ subscription at any time through the relevant app store account used to purchase the subscription. Cancelling a subscription will prevent future renewals but, unless otherwise provided by the applicable app store, you will generally retain access to Paace+ benefits until the end of the current paid subscription period. If you are using a free or discounted trial, the relevant app store may require you to cancel before the end of the trial period, and in some cases at least 24 hours before the trial ends, in order to prevent the subscription from automatically renewing and you being charged. You should check the cancellation requirements of the relevant app store when subscribing. Deleting the Paace app does not necessarily cancel your subscription.

3.6 Trials and Promotional Offers: Where a free trial or other promotional subscription offer is available, the applicable terms, duration and renewal price will be displayed before you subscribe. Unless otherwise stated, a subscription that begins with a free or discounted trial will automatically renew at the applicable standard subscription price at the end of the trial or promotional period unless cancelled before renewal.

3.7 Changes to Paace+: We may change the features, benefits or pricing of Paace+ from time to time. Where a change materially affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law or the applicable app store rules.

3.8 Refunds: Any refund for a Paace+ subscription purchased through an app store will be handled in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policies. Paace does not control the app store's refund process.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Respectful Use: You agree to use the platform responsibly and not engage in activities such as:

Providing false or misleading information.
Attempting to manipulate Rewards or activity data by artificial means (e.g. faking activity data).
Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against others on the platform.
Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against members of staff at partner stores.

4.2 Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.

4.3 Improper Usage: You will not use any part of the Paace App in order to build a product, service, offering or following, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise, on your own behalf or for a third party.

Nor will you print off, print screen, download, copy, modify, record, duplicate, reproduce, create derivative materials from, modify, frame, mirror, republish, transmit, distribute, display, share, distribute, transmit, retransmit, transfer, disseminate, broadcast, circulate or otherwise use the Paace Services or any portion of the Paace Services, including but not limited to any portion of the text, images, audio, videos, pages, structures, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or visual design elements that comprise the Paace Services in any form or by any means ("Sharing Content") without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Your Data: By using Paace, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Third-Party Data Sharing: To provide Rewards and offers, we may share relevant data with our partners. These partners are required to handle your data in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 No Guarantees: Paace does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the platform. Offers, discounts, Rewards, Paace+ benefits and other features are subject to change without notice.

6.2 No Endorsement: The inclusion of partner offers does not constitute an endorsement of their products or services.

7. Liability

7.1 Limited Liability: Paace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost savings, data, or profits, arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

8.1 By You: You can terminate your account at any time by using the delete account functionality within the app or by contacting support. Any unused Rewards will be forfeited upon termination.

8.2 By Us: Paace may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8.3 Paace+ Subscription: Deleting your Paace account does not necessarily cancel a Paace+ subscription. If you have an active Paace+ subscription, you should cancel it through the relevant app store before deleting your account to prevent further subscription charges.

9. Updates to Terms

9.1 Updates: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

10.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
